After the discovery phase, we use the brand strategy as a foundation to build your designs. We typically create 3 distinctive logo concepts along with a detailed presentation that includes your primary logo, alternative versions, color palette, and other unique brand elements.

First you’ll begin your discovery process by completing a brand strategy questionnaire to help us learn all about your goals, & the heartbeat of your business.

OUR PROCESS
As the process gets near its end, we start preparing for your launch. This includes getting all your files ready and saved in the proper formats and creating a detailed brand manual to ensure a seamless implementation. All logo files will be shared in all your brand colors via a google drive folder.

What if I only want a logo?
Based on our availability, we usually book projects 1-3 months in advance. Our branding projects take up to a month to complete, so the best way to get started early is to fill out the client application form on our contact page to make sure we can work within your timeline.
We put a lot of research in developing intentional brand with strong alignment. Often times, when past elements are mixed with new ones, we end up with a mismatch solution, which ultimately does not speak to your ideal audience as efficiently. To ensure we are setting your business up for success, we do not work with existing branding.
Do you offer payment plans?
We believe your primary logo alone is not enough to set your business up for success and tell your full brand's story. We specialize in creating complete brand identities that give you a true chance to set yourself apart from your competitors. This will not only allow you to have a deeper understanding of what makes you unique but also, implement the right strategy right from the start.
We try to make payments as flexible as possible as we understand that investing in a professional designer is a big expense. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your spot and get started. From there, the remaining balance will be broken down into 2 to 3 installments depending on the project size. We also offer a 6 months payment plan at 0% interest rate using Paypal.
